• This was a birthday gift and was my first experience... staff was friendly but as soon as walked in they were asking for my form and I didn't have it... the young lady working the front informed me that I should've Received a text and explained to her I didn't get it... she told me it's going to cut into my time... not a very good first impression because I could feel my anxiety settling in with trying to hurry to feel out a form when I'm there to relax and release the stress that I already had before walking in, that part was disappointing. Once Haven greeted me and took me to my room all was well.
