• The facility is lovely and so inviting. The fragrance, the cleanliness, the coffee and tea area in the lounge are so comforting and inviting; the staff is/are so friendly and professional!! Annette is such an expert with my skin care. And she sets the environment by her welcome smile, dress and the preparation of her room for a relaxing and professional experience!!

• I've been to several places before this one and I can definitely say the customer service is top notch. Jenny does my massages and she by the best one I've ever had out of all the other places I've been to. I love the professionalism from all the people that work there. They take the time to help you get an appointment that fits your schedule. The receptionist are very knowledgeable and helpful. I love this place, it so refreshing and relaxing there. I would definitely recommend to all my friends.

• The front staff were absolutely amazing- I don't pamper myself often so I kinda feel out of place going in - but they were the sweetest, and set my mind to ease and made me feel at home- and I was so impressed with one of the lady's assisting a gentleman whom was lost looking for a dermatologist office. She searched the drs name and gave the gentleman the correct address - you simply do not find customer service like that these days. Bravo to her kind spirit and good heart! I wish I could recall her name - My massage therapist is the best, Denise Devereaux is a God send! Make an appointment. Trust me, you'll be so thankful you did!
