• My experience there was absolutely wonderful! That is the most relaxed I've ever been in my entire life. I will be recommending you all to all of my family & friends and will return myself in the future. This will be a once a year treat for myself. I was seriously blown away by the atmosphere, service, and just overall experience.

• The tech was great. She was gentle and did a great job. The atmosphere was very nice and calming/cozy on the cold damp day. The products used for the wax didnt irritate my skin. I only had a bit of a wait which is why not a perfect score

• The staff is always so friendly and I love the calm environment. I always feel so comfortable and Casey is great with my skin. I have migraines and she uses products with no scent for me. I struggle with hormonal acne and she always talks with me about things I can do at home to help. Front desk staff is always friendly as well. I will always choose Rosewater
