Every time I take hot hatha.. I always leave feeling amazing physically and emotionally. Everything from the music to the lighting feels so intentional. The dressing room and studio are always clean. No matter where I am in the room.. I can always hear the instructor clearly. Plus, every other person in class is always friendly and considerate. Whats not to love?! ❤️
