I have AS. Tammy helped me select the right classes to start my yoga journey. My mobility has greatly improved. I don't suffer from migraines like I did belive yoga. I'm pleased they have evening classes to accommodate my work schedule.

Rooted tribe is like another family to me, this has been life-changing and is a huge part of my mental and physical self. I was in a position where I was redefining and refinding myself after being in a bad situation with someone, and coming here has helped me immensely. Kris and Tammy have become friends and have taken such good care of me in more ways than one. Shortly after starting at Rooted I had something else come on the heels of what I was already going through, making life harder, and these guys were my knights and shining armor through it all. I feel very blessed to be part of this community! The classes are taught by good and down to earth people and I always feel amazing when I'm done. It truly has been a beautiful ride! I cannot thank Rooted Tribe enough for adopting me into their tribe!
