The food and juices make me feel healthy and refreshed and the classes are challenging and provide me with a good workout. All around a fantastic experience!
The yoga class was the perfect start to my day. The instructor was amazing and being my first time there, it didn't feel intimidating. I walked out feeling like I accomplished something really good for myself
Root2Rise is a beautiful place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The teachers are very knowledgeable. The overall atmosphere is calm and kind.

I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary of practicing yoga at root2rise. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and are willing to help anyone who wants to learn. I don't know where I would be today if a friend of mine had not introduced me to root2rise when I was complaining about my back pain. My back pain is gone and the rest of my body stays in shape. I am 72 and looking forward to my future. Thanks to everyone at root2rise-------------------louie
