Christian is a world class instructor who makes everyone feel welcome. He can break down complex concepts and communicate them clearly, has a sense of humor and is simply a great person. All of the people I rolled with could clearly crush me if they wanted to but they rolled with just the right amount of intensity to push me while allowing me to learn!

I appreciate the welcome I received from the coaches And the students were welcoming. The coaches were very knowledgeable about the art. And excellent at explaining the techniques that were being taught. The gym was clean and well lit. Only problem for me is the uniform pricing. Some things are kind of expensive.
