Because the teachers and front staff is always super helpful and always let me know the changes in schedule or if something comes up with my sons class I like the communication

First open play, felt like there was a little less available for my daughter who is not yet independently walking. And anything she could a lot of the big kids took over and we could access. Maybe another station more for little littles that would deter the older kids but other than that great! Staff was AMAZING so helpful and nice! 😊 can't wait to come back!

We've been going to romp n roll for 2 years now. We just love it. We mainly attend Ms. Carrie's classes. Although, I would like to address that a friend of ours, Scarlett Sandhu, was injured during a morning drop off. We had a playdate with her that evening and she had a golf ball size knot on her forehead. Very concerning that no one from romp n roll called her mom to report the incident right away and give her the option to pick Scarlett up. At pick up, she discovered Scarlett's injury and took her to the hospital to be checked. I will not be participating in anymore drop offs knowing this is how the incident was handled. Very disappointing. Our mom community in Katy is large and are all aware of this. I highly suggest someone with authority call Michelle Sandhu and address this situation properly. It was negligent and had definitely made a lot of us fearful of trusting the judgement of r&r staff
