• 10- it was an awesome experience! I followed the recommended program and loved it! I appreciated the person maintaining/cleaning the common areas. There was a weird film in the 47 degree cold tub that needed to be addressed but I am sure that won't be an issue next time.

• I just recommended it to a group of friends. I would only suggest addressing the musty smell in the stream room. Also more towel hooks around the spa please.
