• Because there were more options other than a sauna and cold plunge. I love steam rooms and there are not many around area. Receptionist was very nice.

• Facility was clean and well maintained. It was a lovely area. My only recommendation would be to have some version of drinks available for purchase for people to enjoy in the downtime, similar to the setups in the Nordic countries. Other than that, I had an amazing time and look forward to returning soon.
