• The facilities are great. The team is even better. We bought a $300 gift card which has been a hassle to use and quite annoying as there doesn't seem to be a system in place to see how much credit we have, however the team always makes it right. It's ok if things don't go right as long as there is an extra effort of hospitality. We love going there and will continue to do so

• I love rok spa!!! My only query is there was some weird guy evangelizing to people in the sauna on Wednesday 04/01 so maybe keep an eye on him lol

• Everything was excellent, but it would be nice to have "reserved" signs to hang over the thermal tub. Additionally, a number of people were in their phones, which was distracting.
