I would love to! I hobble-limped in... and I literally walked out. My pain was not fully gone, but Dene was SO thorough throughout my massage when I was asking specific questions about muscle groups too. She gave answers to stretches, what she was feeling/what was tight and really helped and empowered me to know some of the muscles giving me grief too... like psoas and IT band. I woke up stiff this morning, but I did a stretch she suggested and I was able to loosen up enough. I'll be back after Christmas like she suggested. THANK YOU ROCKWALL MEDICAL MASSAGE. It is hard to be full of pain, it wasn't until I got home that I realized I had freed up space in my mental and emotional and physical from pain that was starting to slowly creep and engulf. I appreciate you all deeply.
