• I enjoy my sessions at Rock Solid Fitness, because of the competent, knowledgeable, and very caring staff. Each trainer knows about my goals as they meet as a whole periodically to discuss each of the member's goals and expectations. I am never in any discomfort or pain after my session. In fact, it invigorates me and look forward to my next one.
