  • I chose a score of 10 because of my actual results. I know I would have lost the weight I lost and gained the muscle I did on my own. I hated the $25 cancellation of appointment charge but I understood its not fair to have my coach being there for my ghost. $25 does not cover the expense of him being there for nothing. I wanted to cancel several times for being tired, not in the mood, laziness, stress, too many things to do! Dam Im pretty brilliant of the list of excuses I can come up with to getging out of working out. This was my biggest problem. When I show up? I blow up! If I showed up to a traditional gym of just going straight it alone? My brilliant list of excuses starts to surface. After some months of rsf, Im getting the results I desired but just couldnt get there on my own. Good thing Im cheap and only allowed an excuse to cause me only 1 $25 dollar fee for no show. Im more aggressive to attending athletic excursions with friends and seeing more of our beautiful state with my new energy and strength. I scored this as a 10 because that was the highest score I could give. How do you rate a new and better life? I got on my home scale just before I responded to this and Im getting that feeling of self pride for going into the future as a fighter. Fighting against the decay of aging, fighting against obesity, fighting against laying down in surrender to gravity. So much beauty in this world to see and be a part of and the only way to do that is to be up and moving! The coaches at rsf have had a sincere concern for my progress and its not something I take lightly. I
  • I gave it a 10 because the Coach was professional in his explanation and demonstration of exercise. The workout is efficient and effective. I had a great workout.
