I love the videos on demand option, the workouts are demanding but doable, I feel great during and after the workouts and I get to workout with one of my best friends.

The classes are such a great an addition to my weekly routine. I love how each workout targets a different group of muscles and how there are always some variations offered. Thank you for providing this space.
