• I have been taking a blood pressure medication since a year ago last May when I had to get the pressure down to be permitted to do the perceptics portion of Super Power. Before starting my program under Sam's direction in the fall I was in the emergency room 3 times for high blood pressure. I have followed Sam's advice and taken my recommended supplements religiously since. I stopped taking the blood pressure medication more than a week ago when the pill bottle was empty. This morning I took my blood pressure reading to find it was 128/70. That says it all in a nutshell. I have been feeling better and better and better. Thanks Sam
