All the trainers at RZ are great. They are friendly and approachable when ever I have questions. The classes are fun and gives me a good workout.
I love the staff and classes at RZ, I have fun when I work out and feel confident in the team guiding me. There is a wide variety of great classes to choose from and I love the atmosphere of the studio.

Ade is a great instructor and makes the class enjoyable and challenging.
The instructor is knowledge and teaches to the level and expertise that the student (moi) has. Makes it a comfortable place and no judgement place to 'work out'.
