• The receptionist was very helpful. She helped my mom show the place and was very courteous and made my mom comfortable by speaking in native language (Hindi). She communicated the needs of my mom with the therapist and in the end was helpful to bring my mom's belongings to her, as my mom was relaxed from the massage. Thank you to her again.

• Tristian did a great job. I had a bad experience and Yvette kindly took my experience seriously and offered a new service. She allowed me to upgrade as well. I did enjoy the spa more on a week day, I will be back for sure.
