• The booking appointment staff and front desk staff at RNR were polite, organized and helpful. The email communication, parking directions, and text follow-up was nice. The Spa massage treatments for myself and my friend -were very professional and made our morning visit-birthday treat special! Very glad that the lounge area(s) were well maintained, robes and slippers provided... and that parking was complimentary with the ticket exchange. We will be looking forward to another massage in the new year, and hope the Hot Tub is repaired soon for future guests! Thanks once again!! Mary Dianne 😉
