• I really appreciated that the hot tub temperature was cooler than last time (it was nuclear hot last month and the chemicals seemed very strong. I, along with some other guests, had difficulties being in it, so just wanted to say thank you for fixing that!) Only area for improvement would be to have a comb or hair brush as an amenity. Even some of the hotel's disposable hair combs would be a good item to have on hand, just in case. Also I would have booked another massage at the same time for a friend, but there was no availability. Otherwise, it was a great visit and Kaleb is the best!

• The spa environment is beautiful with convenient accommodations and perks, including the pool/ hot tub, snacks, comfy chairs and coffee machine. The change room was clean and accommodating with spacious personal lockers. The massage was a heavenly combination of therapeutic and relaxing with the addition of hot stones. The therapist was professional and kind. This is my second time at the palliser spa and it doesn't disappoint. We will be back.
