• Great massage, great hot tub and pool, complimentary locker and key use, complimentary robes and slippers, very clean, there was a miscommunication between the staff when checking in and the staff did not come and grab us from the waiting room, however they handled it very well, and we still received our full time and they were kind enough to give us a discount and complimentary care package (above and beyond in our opinion, we were just happy to get the full time)
