From the free valet parking until the time we left, everyone was welcoming with big smiles, and they made us feel like they were happy to see us. The spa has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and everything is spotless. The chaise lounge chairs inside and outside are very comfortable. My massage therapist was very nice, professional, and confident. She checked the type of pressure I wanted and gave me an excellent massage. The hot towels, eye covering, and draping were done to perfection. I get regular massages, and this experience was one of the best. The spa receptionist is perfect for her job.
