• The excellent customer service started with Alyssa on the phone booking my appointment and explaining services. Once we arrived we were greeted from 2 happy young ladies who enjoyed that we were excited to be there! They showed us to the mimosas bar and allowed us to lounge until our session was ready. Our 2 male masseuses worked to ease mind and pain! They were very professional. Was great being able to schedule a late evening appointment and the truly gettinh a relaxing evening! Once finished we thought our experience was finished, but the front desk girls handed my wife and I a stuffed animal for our child who was at home while we had a night out! So over all it was just perfect and the smiles from catharine and the second young lady topped it off!

• The service was great and the customer service I received was amazing! I was able to enjoy such a relaxing experience starting from the drinks, to the robe and slippers, to the massage and then to the relaxed waiting room experience with another drink. Plus, the facilities were very well kept and clean!

• I was a little taken aback by the difference in price between the 80 minute massage and the 110 minute massage. Since I was late for my appointment, I insisted on paying for the 110 minute massage. After all, Jaime's time is valuable, and I was late - not him. And, since I left the float early due to construction 🔨 noise, I assumed the float was deducted from the cost. So, when the price for the 110 minute massage was more than double the 80 minute massage, ... I was a little stunned.
