• When I arrived and saw the sign about needing to wear a mask I texted this staff to let them know I was in a loaner car and didn't have a mask but could run out to my car and get a towel which they replied that that would be fine but didn't mention that they had masks for guests which I would have rather utilized then going back to my car and wearing a Rowell.

• I got the Couples Massage with Ms.May and another wonderful Lady. Let's just say going in my Guy had back pain and I was nervous about it hurting, these Women eased his pain and my fears. Ms.May applied the correct amount of pressure and her touch was so soft. I definitely recommend!

• It was wonderful but please ask if we want upgrades don’t just do them and then surprise your $110 facial is now $200 because you added 3 upgrades I didn’t know were upgrades. That wasn’t ok, if something costs extra just let us know this will be an upgrade or additional cost.
