• Lainey was great! She explained everything to me before and as she was doing my facial. What was most impressive was that Lainey never passed judgment or even winced when I told her that I really didn't have a skincare routine. I told her the moisturizer I used and she never made me feel dumb or irresponsible. I really enjoyed her kindness and professionalism
