• It was my first visit. I didn't know what to expect. I was greeted, offered a beverage, then taken to the waiting room, which began the relaxation process because of the ambiance of the room. Then my Esthetician, Courtney, came and got me. We went to her room which was another room with great ambiance. She asked me some questions about me skin and what I was concerned with. She then showed me some additional services that were available. Once we got started, she was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products and why they were good for my particular needs. I never felt she was pushing procedures or products on me, but was explaining how the products work and work with other products. She is very good at this profession and I will definitely be making an appointment in the future to have another facial.
