• I have seen a lot of improvements since my last visit in Nov 22 like the spa totes (very handy so you are not carrying around all of your things which is what I did since there were no lockers), I absolutely loved and appreciated being offered the shoulder warmers this time (this was not offered last time so perhaps this was new), I wished we were told beforehand things like the WiFi code or that the sound was out in the sauna (I had to call the front desk and they informed us that the system was down - it would have been ideal that they informed is beforehand - would've saved me time (as I had to step out of my sauna and call front desk, connect to wifi, start music, etc My massage was excellent (Lindsey) but my Mom's was not so much although she had Taylor twice now. She didn't seem to cover her full body missing her lower back and thighs and hands (and we had 2 hour massages so it should've been possible). That was disappointing being that I was treating my Mom but her massage was not as good as mine. The front desk attendants were stellar (Kendra, Zoey?) Love that the therapists stop and say enjoy! Makes me feel special everything! And I like that they check the bathrooms for us since they are unisex. I am not a huge fan of the unisex waiting room particularly when I had the full spa day which kept me in my robe all day especially when people come in in street clothes or there are groups. I wish there was another rear relaxation room for those extended days where it is quiet. Maybe also extra towels in the sauna would be nice just in case. Overall, I
