• My first time doing a hydrafacial and Isabella made it the absolute BEST experience! Was super friendly, informative, and easy to talk to during the process. She let me ask a billion questions (and answered them all) and gave great recs for managing my skin going forward. Our time together was one of the most relaxed I've ever felt in my life! I will def come back to Riviera Spa for more facial / massage offerings and, specifically, to see Isabella.

• The front staff was much more attentive than my most recent previous visits. The bathrooms were attended to so the toilets were clean and the counters were wiped down. They were so helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our lockers. And the therapists and aesthetician were top notch.

• Being my first time, I didn’t necessarily know what to expect, but everything was well kept - my massage therapist Was wonderful in advising me of steps and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. All of the accommodations and overall atmosphere made the experience One of a kind! I definitely look forward to coming back in a month!
