• My esthetician was Hailee and she provided me with the best customer service I think I've ever received generally but especially at a spa. She made sure I was educated on what I've been using, the impact it was having on my skin, how I can achieve my skincare goals going forward, and treating me with the care and candor that anyone would look for in a spa experience. I'll definitely be back to see her!

• Front desk greeting very professional upon arrival. The attendant who showed me the Float Tank was very personable and detailed in her explanation. The experience was very positive overall and what made it better is the staff located my missing necklace and rings I mistakingly left in my robe. I called the next morning and they found them and kept the items for me until I could pick up - phew. Thank you!!!!
