• I love riviera. We go several times a year. My only suggestion would be not to have people pay up front. This was the first time they had me do that. I feel it's a disservice to the esthetician because the person is hesitant to give a tip for a service they have not had yet. I left $15 and walked out feeling like I should have done more bc she was so excellent. But it's hard to commit to that tip if you haven't received the service yet. Other than that, the experience was wonderful per usual. Will be back next week.
