• The staff make everything they do "look easy" and especially in these days when COVID19 is directing nearly everything we do (and don't do!) that's not easy. But the care, kindness and respect everyone on the staff offers makes a huge difference in lives that have been turned upside down. And I'm not not talking about "product" or even expertise, but about reaching out and simply saying, "Here I am. How can I help?"

• I arrived for my appointment with Heather sporting the half grown out remains of a terrible haircut from another salon. She made a transformation plan after evaluating what she had to work with. I left that very day with a terrific hairstyle that lifted my spirits tremendously. She was recommended to me by Patty who is far and above the best practitioner I have ever had to relieve my chronic neck and upper body pain. I have struggled with this pain since a 2014 work injury and Patty's skill and knowledge have helped me tremendously. Thanks for providing such wonderful staff-from arrival to departure, everyone does a wonderful job !
