• 10 the esthetician, nail tech, and massage therapist were great! The assistant manager is doing a good job too! I enjoyed the whole experience except the dry sauna wasn't working. I guess that would make your score 9.

• Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Massages were excellent and much needed after three days at the tattoo expo. We left feeling relaxed and a little sore... which is to be expected after deep tissue, but the aches, pains and knots were gone!
