• You always meet our expectations and are always the best part of our stay. 1 criticism is that it has been difficult to ever get anyone to answer the phone to make reservations. Very difficult. It took 2 days of calling g to finally get an appt.

• Massage was great this time. Many supplies in bathroom were out. No shower gel in either showers and no day spa to relax at after. It's also way too hard toget a reservation. Refreshments and atmosphere were very nice. It was almost perfect and just what I needed. Thank you!
