• Every staff member I dealt with was very kind. I did request a female staff for my massage and got a male which did make me feel slightly anxious at first... He did well though! I also was slightly confused as to where I go after getting my robe and flip flops on but a guest explained that to me. No one is perfect however everyone was kind! I never get a chance to relax like that , thank you!
