• I came here to celebrate my 70th Birthday What an relaxing enjoyable fun beautiful Casino The employee's are hospitable, very professional, With smiles on their faces Thank you so much I will come back with my Family in the future. On a side note, I did not win in the Casino. Wish I could have.

• Customer service, helpful, hotel staff, they are very accommodating. There was noise in the hallway because of a birthday party and they brought my earplugs. That was super nice. I told them they didn't have to clean the room, but leave me some water and coffee and they left me several which was super sweet Yesterday I took advantage of the river rock spa, and all the stuff was amazing. I will definitely keep coming back to the spa. The players club staff is amazing also. They are kind, helpful and encouraging. I lost a ton of money, but she kept trying to put luck and my money. It was very sweet. I love the little deli downstairs. Those girls work hard the quality of the food is very good and there's a great selection. I really enjoy the jacuzzi and pool The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very comfortable.
