• It was very relaxing, clean, staff were very nice. The whole set up was nice. I really liked the colors and decor. It felt so comfortable. Erin MaNeal was very nice, loved the service. She made me feel so at ease. Only negative was while sitting in the chairs waiting for service or just relaxing you can hear all the noise from the front area, took away a little from the tranquility. Also, only saw 5 other clients (which was nice), but 2 people actually sat in the chairs listening to things on their phones not using headphones. That's just really inconsiderate. I live 3.5 hours north, my parents live 3.5 hours south. I am seriously considering having them met us there for a couple day just to visit and relax. The spa is a really nice incentive, even if you just did the day use.
