• I never give a 10. There is always room for improvement no matter what. Only thing I would suggest is to tell people what exactly is available. Can you use the sauna with a massage? Is there a time limit for sitting and relaxing, etc.

• Because the spa was able to give me an appointment with only a couple of days notice, the massage therapist was timely, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and remembered me from a previous visit. Being remembered makes me feel that I am more than just a customer. And she was able to help my issue in my neck/shoulder area
