• The service Carly provides is excellent. I can't say that about the receptionist. She told me my appointment was with "Jamie." I corrected her. She went to the back, came back, and told me that "Carly" was ready for me. Carly was THE ONLY PRACTITIONER THERE FOR THE DAY!!! The receptionist was also unable to fluidly handle the phone, a "Spa money" certificate, and my wanting to pay for the services I received. I even left to visit the ladies' room and she didn't even notice. I hope she finds her nitch or learns her to do this job.
