• great customer service.. from the time of check in to finish time there were no delays or issues.. having a private area to do my hair was nice too . however the room lighting needs to be changed as it is hard to tell the color of my highlights until i go into the natural light area or a well lighted room. my hair still turns out nicely even with the lighting tone in the salon. i did not subtract from a 10/10 for as that isnt in the control of staff or maybe not changeable due to the lack of natural light in the salon room. however, the gal that colored my hair is very friendly and positive. I feel like im 20yrs younger when i walk out the door. thats a huge plus plus .. customers are more willing to come back feeling an improvement on self when they leave..
