Frustration with combo locks on lockers all day long during what should have been a relaxing "spa day." Two of us together, and we had some scheduling issues. Also, when did you start charging for mimosas and such? I would think a free beverage or two would have been included with the $340 I spent for the day. I can understand limiting it, but it was a surprise. Ok, that was the downside. On the upside, your technicians, clinicians, and employees are fabulous. They make the spa service enjoyable. They are all friendly, skilled, and provide excellent customer service. Please take good care of them. Suggestion: Consider arranging a robe return from guests staying in the hotel. (Some resorts charge the robe to the room and then remove the charge when it is returned.) This service is nice because the guest can return to their own room to shower and dress. Then they drop off the robe on their way out. Just a suggestion to improve the experience. Thank you. See you again soon.Natalie B.

I get all my pedicures here when I come to Canyonville and I love the SPA. I would always request Joanne but when she left I now have Anna and they both were/are great.Jan M.
