• Ease of making appointment. Lovely facility and massage was really great! Paulina has healing hands and was most kind and knowledgeable about getting those painful spots worked out. Loved the amenities and the ability to use the facilities during the day. Everyone was so accommodating. The only opportunity to improve is better explanation on the lockers. Written would help. Tell us that if the lock is one way, it's in use. Spent a lot of time trying to figure it out and had to get help to unlock. Others were confused too. It made me late to my massage. But overall, great experience. Can't wait to come back.
