• I appreciated that the instructor, Whitney, was clear with her cues and demonstrated correct form often. She did a great job encouraging those who needed toincrease their weight without pushing those who needed to stick with less. I am also extremely impressed with Marche's nutritional advice. She is verythorough and seems genuinely interested in helping me achieving my goals.
