Yes! I drove from Lancaster, PA and traffic was horrible. Kristen was very understanding and accommodating and was able to work me into a later appt. As always, Tanya was amazing and took her time with me. I love not feeling rushed, despite knowing her schedule is slammed. I always have her full attention.

Kristen made me feel very comfortable. I mean as comfortable as you can be during a Brazilian wax. The facility is beautiful. They offer many services here and I plan to take advantage.
