The massage was great. I gave you a 9 out of 10 because the appointment started late but I did get the full 60 minutes.
I've been to Rituals for several treatment types. The staff is always nice, prices are reasonable, schedule is flexible, and they're willing to work with your to make tweaks to treatments if needed.
