I love Rituals! The front desk folks & technicians are all kind & gracious, and they make you feel like family when you’re there.

I chose the score because all staff that have worked have always been very professional, kind and accommodating. Also, I had Stephanie as a massage therapist for a little more than a year and she was amazing and I'm very sad that she has left overall I would recommend Rituals Spa to anyone

Bailey was the best! From the time I walked in to the time I left, my first time as well, she was great!
She was great at explaining what she would be doing and what to expect. She talked to me the entire experience and made sure I was comfortable, we chatted and time flew by. I rescheduled my next one before I left, and I will recommend them to anyone! Looking forward to getting my skin looking beautiful with Bailey 😍
