Because starlight is a yoga goddess. The fact that I meditate, move, sweat , stretch... with orange essential oil on my palms, paleo Santo in the air, vibrations and drumming and chanting... and she never makes us do 1 single boring repetitive sun salutation A or B? And that the time I'm there floats into another space? And that she can teach to so so many levels of yogis in the same class all at once? Best yoga studio by far! Em is a beautiful owner who guides the best instructors to her studio.
