Everything about my experience with Rise has been very positive. As a Yoga Newbie all of the staff and instructors have been extremely welcoming and helpful. There is a wide variety of classes available and I've enjoyed them all. Yoga has been life changing for me and it is the first exercise/work out that I actually look forward too.

Besides the fact that I really enjoy the class and it’s a great workout, the place is beautiful - clean, tastefully decorated and it even smells nice!!! Love it at Rise!
