I’ve had everything from cathartic cries on spin bikes to belly laughs so hard that my abs get an extra workout to ass whoopings that last for days! Love the variety of classes abs instructors who can give exactly what you need every day of the week. Rise is in a class of their own when it comes to fitness studios.
