Rise has such a friendly and welcoming environment. The classes are challenging but that’s exactly what I’m looking for in my workouts. I really like how no class from week to week or instructor to instructor is ever the same. It keeps it fun and interesting. Not to mention great for my body to not always be doing the same thing. The creativity the instructors have when designing their classes is superb. A lot of thought and attention to detail goes into it and it’s very apparent. The music choice is always a plus to elevate my mood as well. The community is another noteworthy aspect of Rise. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by name and with a warm welcome. The feeling of motivation and teamwork come into play during every class which is what all gyms should have. Everyone at Rise is there to support you and see that you are successful in your workout. The other members always are kind and fun as well! The aesthetic vibe of the building and interior are also great. I love the way it’s set up, including the retail shop in the front. They have so much to offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know. It’s a place worthy of your time and investment in your health.
