I’ve been to multiple spin studios in the area and Rise is my absolute favorite. The staff and instructors are so friendly and encouraging. It’s a very non judgemental, comfortable environment that allows me to make the most of my workout. And added bonus the bikes are easy to adjust and make for a smooth ride. I’m so happy we have this option in the village now!
